Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to partner with organizations including Travel + Leisure, Cloud Software Group, Citrix, Kaplan University, and Motorola, helping them align user needs with business goals to drive growth, digital adoption, and stronger customer connections.
What motivates me most is empowering people—whether that's mentoring teams, fostering inclusive and collaborative environments, or bringing cross-functional partners together around a shared vision. I enjoy turning complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions that create lasting value for both customers and businesses.
More recently, I've been focused on helping organizations embrace AI-enabled transformation by integrating Generative AI into design workflows, research, prototyping, and team operations to accelerate innovation and improve the way teams work.
